Iran Bags One More Gold, Another Silver from Korean Open

The Iranian Armed Forces Taekwondo team on Monday – Sep. 6, 2010, earned the country a new gold and another valuable silver medal on the last day of Korean Open. Moslem Daeechi grabbed the gold, while Jalal Khodami necked the silver. Earlier in the day, Iran’s Kazem Qashqayi won a bronze medal. Totally, the Iranian squad earned a gold, 3 silver, and 6 bronze medals during the competitions, booking itself the second place after the host country. The Filipino, Russian, and the U.S. teams stood third, fourth, and fifth respectively
