Iran, the champion of 2019 World Cup Team Championships
Iran stood first in The 2019 WT World Cup Team Championships, while our strong opponent, South Korea standing second and the third place was shared by Russia and China.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Taekwondo Federation, the Wuxi 2019 World Taekwondo World Cup Team Championships was held on 23_25 August in Wuxi, China and Iranian Taekwondo Team after defeating Kazakhstan (48_33) and China (66_53), at the final match beat South Korea 71_66 and stood on the first place of the mentioned event.
Iran's lineup included: Amir Mohammad Bakhshi, Sina Bahrami, Erfan Nazemi, Hossein Lotfi and Saeed Rajabi.
The Team is led by Seyed Nemat Khalifeh as the head coach and Reza Imanzadeh and Ali Rezaee as the coaches.
This event is G8 and the gold, silver and bronze medal Teams garnished 40, 48 and 28.80 points respectively and also collected cash prize of $20,000, $10,000 and $5000 in turn.
