Presence of WTF referee committee Chairman in Iran

WTF Referee Committee Chairman will arrive in Iran to attend in the international Poomsae & Kyorugi referee seminar and referee refresher course on Feb 28th 2017.
The mentioned course will be held under supervision of WTF instructors on March 2nd and will take 8 days in IRI World Taekwondo Center.
"Chakir Chelbat"- Referee Committee Chairman, "Eil Chul Kim"- Education Department Senior Director and "Philippe Bouedo"- Games Committee Chairman will arrive in Iran to attend the mentioned course and seminar.
Meanwhile, the 93rd Kyorugi referee seminar and the 107th Kyorugi referee refresher course will be held on March 2nd 2017 and will take 4 days also the 31st Poomsae seminar and the 29th Poomsae refresher course will be held on March 7th -10th 2017 and coaches can participate in the 107th Kyorugi referee refresher course as observers to familiarize with the latest referee rules changes.
By the way, this is the third time that the mentioned seminar and course will be held in Iran.
