A seminar was held under the new rules of the WTF, for judges, coaches and athletes in Feb 2017 in Moldova.
The seminar was open to all taekwondo (Referrers, Coaches and Athletes) comers and chief judge "Stefan Raileanu" and international judge "Maxim Gaus" conducted it.
The seminar was attended by about 70 participants from 5 cities of Moldova.
