8 Medals- The Achievement of Iran Poomsae Team Until the End of
3rd Day of World Championships
Tehran Nov 2018—Iran Poomsae athletes achieved 8 medals until the end of 3rd day of World Poomsae Championships.
The 11th edition of World Poomsae Championships with the presence of 1274 Poomsae athletes is being held on Nov 15th -18th 2018 in Chinese Taipei and until the end of 3rd day of mentioned event, Iranian Team achieved 1gold medal by female 31-40 age team ( Atousa Farahmand, Seyed Masoume Hosseini, Sona Razzaghi), 1 silver medal by female individual ( 31-40 age) by Atousa Farahmand, 3 bronze medals by female 12-14 ( Sanaz Taghipour, Paeastoo Zeinali, Yasaman Limouchi), female 15-17 ( Razie Aghayi, Zeinab Toghyani, Reyhane Omrani Moghadam) and male 31-40 ( Ali Salmani, Akbar Forouzan, Rahmat Nazari). Bronze medal in Pair 12-14 ( Parastoo Zeinali, Seyed Ehsan Sedaghat), gold medal by Pair 31-40 ( Akbar Foroozan,Seyed Masoume Hosseini) , bronze emdal by Team 15-17 ( Mohammad Ali Abbasnejadian, Armin Asadi, Reza Nazari).
The mentioned male team participated at the 11th edition of World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships 2018 under the leadership of Hosseinali Nazar as its head coach and Mahdi Samadiantabar as coach and the female team took part under the leadership of Fatemeh Asadpour as its head coach and Mahsa Mardani as its coach.
