Iranian TKD Athletes depart to Wuxi for Grand Slam Qualification

Tehran Oct 2018—to participate in Grand Slam qualification Tournament, Iranian TKD Athletes depart to Wuxi.
Grand Slam Qualification Tournament will be held on Oct 26th -29th 2018 in Wuxi- China.
The composition of Iranian Team is as follow:
Male division:
-58kg: Armin Hadipour, Mahdi Eshaghi, Soheil Seifollahi, Amirhassan Gandomkar
-68kg: Mohammadhossein Yazdani, -80kg: Amirreza Niksirat
Headcoah: Seyed Nemat Khalife
Female division:
-49kg: Nahid Kiani, Armina Ahmadi
-57kg: Kiana Ahmadi, Ronak Hosseinzadeh
+67kg: Akram Khodabandeh
Head Coach: Azadeh Yasaei
Meanwhile, the top 3 athletes in each weight category will be qualified to attend the Grand Slam Tournament, Bronze medal contest shall be conducted for purpose of selecting one (1) athlete to be qualified to Wuxi 2018 World Taekwondo Grand Slam Champions Series, but two (2) semifinalists shall receive assigned ranking points for 3rd place as shown article 14 of this outline.
Athlete must win minimal one match to earn ranking points, and won by bye or DSQ shall not be count as a win. The points will be reflected on WT World Ranking and WT Olympic Ranking. The ranking points per winners of the competition shall be allocated as follows.
1st Place 20.00 2nd Place 12.00 3rd Places 7.20, Grand Slam Merit Points for Qualification Tournament (WT Grand Slam Merit Points is separate ranking, and not related to WT World Ranking and WT Olympic Ranking):1st Place: 120, 2nd Place: 72, 3rd Places: 43.2, 4th Places: 25.92.
