2017 (7th) WTF World Para Taekwondo Championships
The World Taekwondo Federation announced that the 2017 (7th) WTF World Para Taekwondo Championships will be held at the Copper Box Arena, the heart of the Olympic Park in London, Great Britain on October 19, 2017.
This G-10 event will include Kyorugi competitions in the K40 sport classes as well as Poomsae competition in the P20 and P30 sport classes. In addition, the competitions for the P20 sport class for intellectually impaired athletes will be seeded based on the ranking system.
This event will serve as a critical occasion for the athletes to have better chances to be qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Games.
