The Father of Modern Taekwondo Died
Oct 2017 - The first president of the World Taekwondo Federation, Un Yong Kim, passed away at dawn on Oct. 3 (Korea time) at age 86.
Kim was the first president of the Federation World of Taekwondo, at the time WTF, vice president of the International Olympic Committee and president of Kukkiwon.
In the political and military sphere, Kim, was ambassador of Korea in Great Britain and the United States.
