Iran National Team Setting off for Mexico
Iran National team set off to Mexico today morning for participation in 2015 Final Grand Prix and World Cup.
Final GP will be held on 5-6 Dec. and World Cup will be held on 8-9 Dec. in Mexico City.
Farzan Ashourzadeh (first Olympic weight category), Behanm Asbaghi (second Olympic weight category), Masoud Hajizavareh (third Olympic weight category) and Sajjad Mardani (fourth Olympic weight category) are the representatives of Iran in Final GP.
Armin Hadipour, Mohammad Kazemi, Abolfazl Yaghoubi, Farzad Zolghadri, Saeid Rajabi and Omid Amidi will participate in the World Cup.
World Cup is a team event. The total weight of 5 athletes in each team should be 368 kg or less. If a team is composed of 6 members, the total weight of the whole team should be 442 kg or less.
Bijan Moghanlou will lead the team as head coach and Mehrdad Yousefi and Mahdi Bibak accompany the team as coaches.
