Condolence Letter on the Terrorist Attack in Paris, France

Dr. Choue, President of World Taekwondo Federation, wrote the following letter of condolence after the news regarding terrorist attack in Paris was released:

On behalf of the World Taekwondo Federation, I wish to express my most sincere condolences to those victimized by the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.

This unpardonable crime should not be tolerated, and the entire sports world should be united against these murderous acts.

With strong hope and belief in the ability of sport to contribute to human society, we must together redouble our efforts to use sports as a tool for a better world and for peace between humans of all colors and all creeds.

The inconceivable loss of innocent lives is terrible, and the world taekwondo family sympathizes deeply with the victims’ families and relatives as they try to come to terms with this tragedy.

The World Taekwondo Federation stands by France as it mourns its lost sons and daughters.
