Great Powers of Taekwondo Overwhelmed by Kimia Alizadeh



Kimia Alizadeh succeeded in beating the Olympic medalist, Jade Jones, and winning the Gold medal of -57 kg in Grand Prix, Moscow.

Kimia routed rivals of Chinese Taipei, England and Croatia in her march to the final.

Alizadeh could add 40 points to her Olympic ranking points after this achievement.

In this weight category, Jade Jones from England stood on the second place and 3rd place went to Egypt and Croatia.

Grand Prix, Moscow brought 245 athletes in 4 Olympic weight categories together.

Minou Maddah led Iran female team in this event as head coach.
