Memorandum of Understanding between WTF and ICSD
The World Taekwondo Federation and the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) share a common interest in the development and promotion of Taekwondo as a sport for the World Deaf Martial Arts Championships and the Deaflympics allowing deaf taekwondo athletes to compete under WTF Competition Rules in a fair and transparent way.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding is the first step to fulfilling this vision and WTF and ICSD agree that an additional agreement between the organization outlining and administrative issues will be required.
