Karami out of Asian Games
Yousef Karami was defeated by the representative of Uzbekistan and could not proceed to next challenge of Taekwondo Competitions in 17th Asian Games, Incheon.
The first day of Taekwondo competitions has kicked off in Incheon. Competitions of -49 kg and -53 kg in the female category and -74 kg and -87 kg in the male category will be held on the first day.
In his first draw, Yousef Karami, the captain of Iran National Taekwondo team, faced Jasur Baykuziev from Uzbekistan, who is the medalist of Asian Championships and Khazakstan Grand Prix, and lost the game 4 to 5.
