Eshaghi grabbed the Gold Medal
Iran's Junior representative grabbed the Gold Medal of -48 kg in Korea Open, 2014.
This G2 event started on 11 July and 1770 athletes participated in it from all over the world.
After a rest, Mahdi Eshaghi beat the representative of Korea 8-5. In his second fight, he could overcome the representative of Mongolia 9-3. He then defeated his two Korean rivals 5-3 and 3-0.
On the final round, Eshaghi could win the competition against the representative of Korea 19-7and seized the Gold Medal.
Mohammadreza Zavar and Vahid Abdollahi lead the Junior team as head coach and coach in this event.
