Aslani gained the second Quota of the Youth Olympic Games for Iran
Mohammad Aslani, -48 kg, could achieve the second Youth Olympic Games quota for Iran.
He beat his Mongolian rival 14-1 in his first match. In his second competition, he could overcome the representative of Peru 4-6 and in the next match with Uzbekistan he won the competition 14-2. Aslani beat his rival from Argentina 8-0 in his the next match and succeeded in winning the quota of the Youth Olympic Games.
In the final round, he lost the match against Chinese Taipei in the gold round and grabbed the Silver medal.
