Jeddi achieved the first Youth Olympic Games Quota



Mahsa Jeddi, -63 kg taekwondo athlete, succeeded in gaining the first quota of the Youth Olympic Games.

She proceeded to the second match after a rest and could overcome her Spanish rival 8-7.

In the next round, she beat the representative of Malaysia 35-3 and received the Olympic quota. Jeddi lost the final match against Croatia 16-6 and won the Silver medal. Kimia Alizadeh, -55, Mahsa Jeddi, -63 and Atousa Zahrabi, -49, are the representatives of Iran in Olympic Qualification Tournament under the supervision of Neda Zare as the head coach.
