19th International Poomsae Referee Seminar
and 16th International Poomsae Referee Refresher Course
WTF has decided to hold the 19th International Poomsae Referee Seminar and the 16th International Poomsae Referee Refresher Course in Almaty, Kazakhstan. 19th Poomsae IR Seminar will be held on April 24-28, 2013 and 16th Poomsae IR Refresher Course will be held on April 24-28, 2013. The seminar and the course will be held in Dostyk venue.
The participants in the International Poomsae Referee Seminar (IRS) should be 25 years old or older, hold Kukkiwon 4th Dan or higher and be recommended by the president of member national association of WTF to which the applicant belongs. The participants in the International Poomsae Referee Refresher Course (IRRC) should hold WTF International Poomsae Referee Certificate.
The attendance fee is USD300 for the Poomsae IRS and USD100 for the Poomsae IRRC. Those who are interested should apply by April 5, 2013. If the WTF receives more than 100 applicants, the WTF might close receipt of applications earlier than April 5, 2013 due to the capacity of the venue.
